Industry Partners play a vital role in preparing Yampa Valley youth for the workforce. We invite you to partner with YVPS3 through our Career Connections platform.
Career Connections is a region-wide initiative designed to expand work-based learning (WBL) opportunities across the Yampa Valley. The platform ensures equitable access to pathway-aligned experiences for students in all participating school districts, helping young people explore careers and build real-world skills.

As an Industry Partner on Career Connections, your business will be visible to all regional school districts, teachers, and students. You can choose how you would like to engage—from participating in career panels or classroom visits to offering job shadows, site tours, or internships—giving students meaningful exposure to your industry and career pathways. You will be able to easily participate in the YVPS3 created opportunities (like our new Summer Internship Program) and you are also able to post opportunities directly if you have opportunities for students!
By registering as an Industry Partner, you are signaling your interest in helping develop our local talent pipeline. Partners may hear from YVPS3 as well as educators and staff across our collaborative, including Steamboat Springs, Hayden, South Routt, and Moffat County School Districts.
Together, we can strengthen the connection between education and industry and support the future workforce of the Yampa Valley.
